Bernice, the chiropractor explained every step clearly to make sure I understood and felt comfortable throughout the session. I used to think chiropractic treatment would be painful with popping or cracking sounds and sensations in the joints. However, not everyone experiences the cracking sound and even if it happens, it isn’t painful. I also learned that back pain, soreness and stiffness are often due to misalignment of the spine, bones and surrounding muscles, not old age. Very good, professional service and a reassuring experience overall.
