sometimes ago I sprained my lower back, continue with upper back & neck

Met Dc Bernice from Trinity, she attended to me since 2025.
She took time to examine my condition and explain what causes it (pain) before she even perform any adjustment on my back.
I’m very comfortable with the process and I brought my wife there too.
About a month ago, old injuries came back (cuz I didn’t go back follow up 🤣🤣) until I kenot tahan anymore, I come to trinity RIO Puchong to see Dr Bernice again
After the adjustment, I’m feeling much better
This also reminds me that I should take it as regular check up then last resort fixation..
